Worldview Dimension
The United Nations recognizes three pillars to Sustainable Development: Social, Economic, and Environmental. Gaia Education adds a fourth we’ve chosen to call Worldview.
This is in recognition that there are always underlying, often unspoken, and sometimes hidden patterns to culture that strongly influence and may, in fact, predetermine social, economic, and environmental relationships. The Worldview Dimension of the EDE addresses these vital aspects to sustainable human existence in the following five Modules:
- Holistic Worldview
- Listening to and Reconnecting with Nature
- Awakening and Transformation of Consciousness
- Celebrating Life: Creativity and Art
- Socially Engaged Spirituality
