Ecovillage Design Education (EDE) is one of the most complete sustainability training programs in the world, based on the Gaia Education curriculum, and will be offered in Albuquerque as the first venue in the United States.

As an advanced training course, EDE empowers citizens and communities to take the lead on sustainability in all its aspects.

The course will be presented at the University of New Mexico, with field trips and hands on projects at various sites, communities and ecovillages around the city and state for the last two days of each Dimension.

Each of the 4 dimensions will be covered in a 10-day program consisting of five weekday evenings and two full-day weekends. The EDE training will present viable models for both urban and rural environments.
